Rheology Modifier HQ-4002

Rheology Modifier HQ-4002

Product Introduction:

HQ-4002 is a natural inorganic rheological additive mainly composed of high-purity montmorillonite. It is a multi-functional and cost-effective rheology modifier, suitable for all water-based or solvent-based systems requiring thickening, suspension, sag resistance, improved workability and system stability.

Application Fields:

Interior & exterior putty powder, tile adhesives & grouts, waterproof mortar & coatings, spray mortar, water-based industrial coatings and architectural coatings, anti-corrosion & marine coatings, sealants & adhesives, pesticide suspension concentrates (SC), casting coatings and other water-based or solvent-based systems.

Usage & Dosage:

Add the powder directly during the premixing stage of pigments, fillers, cement and other powders. The dosage ranges from 0.1% to 1.5% of the total formula weight.
