Product Introduction:

HQ-4006 is an organically modified thickener. Organic polymer structures are intercalated into the layered structure of inorganic minerals via chemical hydration. It combines the merits of organic and inorganic thickeners with high efficiency and excellent stability. It can be used as a primary thickener or synergistic thickener, offering favorable flowability and suspension performance.

Application Fields:

Applicable to various water-based systems including architectural coatings, water-based industrial paints, mortars, putties, printing inks, pharmaceuticals and pigment concentrates.

Usage & Dosage:

This product can be added directly in dry powder form or pre-made into gel before addition. The dosage ranges from 0.05% to 1% based on actual application requirements.

Performance Features:

Easily dispersible in both cold and hot water, low foaming, and delivers outstanding rheology and thickening performance in aqueous systems;

Excellent storage stability and favorable can-opening appearance for superior construction performance;

Good compatibility and synergistic effect with HEC, alkali-swellable acrylic thickeners and polyurethane rheological agents;

Its unique sheet-like structure delivers stable rheological curve, excellent suspension property and yield value, effectively raising system viscosity under low-shear conditions.


Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 KG / 1000 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date when stored in unopened original containers at 5℃–40℃.
