Product Introduction:

HQ-4199 is produced by multiple emulsification of special high-density oxidized polyethylene wax. When incorporated into water-based paints and varnishes, this emulsion can significantly improve the abrasion resistance, anti-blocking property and surface smoothness of coating films, as well as enhance film gloss. It is a water-resistant high-gloss wax featuring excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, smooth feel and anti-blocking performance.

Application Fields:

Coatings, printing inks, adhesives, plastic processing, leather finishing, textile finishing and other systems.

Usage & Dosage:

The recommended dosage ranges from 5% to 20%. Homogenize the product thoroughly in advance, then add it slowly under gentle stirring at the final production stage to guarantee uniform blending.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 50 KG / 1000 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date when stored in unopened original containers at 5℃–40℃.
