Product Introduction:

HQ-6003 is a dual-functional nonionic associative thickener & leveling agent modified by hydrophobic groups based on polyurethane. It is a pH-insensitive nonionic associative thickener whose performance and application effect surpass high-quality imported equivalents.

Application Fields:

Widely applicable to various water-based systems such as latex paints and adhesives, especially medium & high-grade interior/exterior water-based architectural coatings, water-based industrial coatings, water-based inks, water-based adhesives, petrochemical water treatment systems, and all water-based systems with stringent simultaneous requirements on rheology, leveling and thickening performance.

Usage & Dosage:

The recommended dosage ranges from 0.8% to 3.0%, subject to customers’ specific formulation design.

Delivers outstanding high-shear thickening efficiency as well as excellent flow and leveling performance;

High thickening efficiency under both high shear and medium shear conditions;

Provides smooth brushing feel, remarkable resistance to roller spattering, water resistance, alkali resistance, scrub resistance, stain resistance and water exudation resistance.

 

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 KG / 1000 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 24 months from production date when stored in unopened original containers at 5℃~40℃.
