Anti-Sanding and Anti-Spotting Agent HQ-6108

Product Introduction:

HQ-6108 is a high-efficiency polyurethane thickener. It can be used alone as the primary thickener, or as a co-thickener to achieve excellent flowability.

Application Fields:

Water-based industrial coatings, interior & exterior wall coatings ranging from matte to high-gloss, stone texture coatings, as well as high-gloss and high-hardness topcoat systems.

Usage & Dosage:

The recommended dosage is 0.05–0.5%. Add slowly under stirring and disperse thoroughly at high speed. It is suggested to dilute with ethylene glycol at a ratio of 2:1 prior to addition, followed by sufficient high-speed mixing. The dosage should be adjusted appropriately according to target viscosity requirements of finished products.

Wide formulation compatibility, freely combinable with cellulosic thickeners and alkali-swellable thickeners.


Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 KG / 1000 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 24 months from production date when stored in unopened original containers at 5℃ to 40℃.
