Wetting Agent HQ-1100

Wetting Agent HQ-1100

Product Introduction:

HQ-1100 is a new generation high-performance lipophilic wetting and dispersing agent with outstanding wetting and dispersing performance for various inorganic and organic pigments and fillers. It features excellent initial wetting and surface tension reduction capacity to boost dispersion and color development, improve spreading and leveling, and eliminate floating color of organic colorants. It can remarkably upgrade the overall performance of coating products. Its core advantage lies in enabling coating systems to achieve a more uniform and stable state, so as to fully exert pigment tinting power and protective functions of coating films.

Application Fields:

Suitable for grinding and dispersion of water-based coatings and printing inks; also applicable as cleaning agents for degreasing treatment of metal substrates with certain degreasing effect on oil stains.

Usage & Dosage:

Recommended to add before grinding and dispersing pigments and fillers, with dosage ranging from 0.1% to 0.2% based on total finished product mass.
