Eco-Friendly Wetting Agent HQ-1407

Product Introduction:

HQ-1407 features high hydrophilicity and excellent wetting, solubility and dispersibility, and is widely used in latex paints and related fields. Its core advantages lie in improving the dispersibility, color development and storage stability of finished products, as well as solving common process defects such as floating color and flooding.

Application Fields:

Coatings, latex paints, water-based color pastes, emulsion polymerization, etc. It can meet the requirements of latex paints for wetting, dispersion and stability in various application scenarios.

Usage & Dosage:

The recommended dosage ranges from 0.1% to 0.5%. It can be added at any stage of production, and addition before dispersion is recommended to maximize wetting performance.

Performance Features:

Excellent wetting capacity, superior emulsifying property and high hydrophilicity;

Outstanding solubility and dispersibility to enhance the fullness of latex paints;

Low VOC and APEO-free; improves freeze-thaw stability of emulsions or latex paints without gel formation after dilution at ambient temperature;

Lower foaming tendency than similar products, good acid & alkali resistance and excellent compatibility with high electrolyte systems;

Boosts compatibility between color pastes and emulsions, eliminates floating color and flooding, elevates tinting strength, color development and gloss of latex paints;

Effectively reduces viscosity and raises dispersion efficiency in water-based color pastes, suitable for organic, inorganic and carbon black colorants;

Acts as a nonionic emulsifier in emulsion polymerization with eco-friendly performance and large adsorption area.


Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 KG / 1000 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date when stored in unopened original containers at 5℃–40℃.
