Performance Features:

Excellent film-forming property: Capable of self-crosslinking film formation. When used as binder for water-based inks or varnishes, it delivers high gloss, high transparency and excellent leveling performance.

Strong substrate adhesion: High adhesion to corona-treated OPP, PE, PET films with dyne value above 38, and performs well on paper and aluminum foil substrates.

Outstanding resistance properties: Excellent water resistance and rub resistance; no blocking at 60-70℃.

Wide compatibility: Low surface tension provides superior substrate wetting, high transfer efficiency and no cratering. The core-shell structure solves the conflict of brittleness at low temperature and blocking at high temperature, balancing water resistance and redissolvability. It can be diluted with ethanol at any ratio without emulsion breaking.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packaging specification: 50 KG / 1000 KG per drum. Store in cool, dry and shaded areas at 5~40℃ with intact packaging. The shelf life is six months from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended before use if the product exceeds shelf life. Protect the product fully from frost; once opened, use up all contents at a time.
