High-Transparency Wax Emulsion HQ-9696

Product Introduction:

HQ-9696 is a water-based high-gloss polyethylene wax emulsion with high density, featuring water resistance, oil resistance, scratch resistance and anti-blocking properties. It can form films spontaneously at ambient temperature. When blended into other waterborne resins, it significantly improves coatings' water resistance, scratch resistance, anti-blocking property and surface smoothness, and enhances coating gloss. It can also act as a film-forming coalescent when mixed with non-film-forming emulsions.

Application Fields:

Coatings, printing inks, plastics, adhesives and various topcoats.

Usage & Dosage:

Recommended dosage in coatings ranges from 5% to 50% based on total formula weight. Pre-mix evenly first, then add slowly under gentle stirring at the final production stage to avoid foaming and incompatibility.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packing specification: 50 KG / 1000 KG per drum. Store in cool, dry and shaded areas at 5~40℃ with tightly sealed packages. The shelf life is six months from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the product exceeds shelf life. Protect the product thoroughly against frost. Once opened, consume all contents at one time.
