Performance Features:

Delivers superhydrophobic property to effectively block water penetration;

Provides excellent slippery texture to improve surface hand feel of products, with outstanding scratch resistance to reduce surface scratches;

Remarkable anti-blocking effect prevents adhesion of products during storage and application;

Excellent film-forming performance; it can form films spontaneously at ambient temperature without extra additives, simplifying production processes and cutting energy consumption;

Stable emulsion system without wax floating or coarsening, ensuring consistent product quality;

Works synergistically with waterborne resins to greatly improve coating performance including water resistance, scratch resistance, anti-blocking property and surface smoothness;

When blended with non-film-forming emulsions, it acts as a film-forming coalescent to help form intact and continuous film layers.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packing specification: 50 KG / 1000 KG per drum. Store in a cool, dry and dark environment at 5~30℃ with packages kept intact. The shelf life is six months from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended before use if the shelf life expires. The product must be protected from frost. It is recommended to finish all contents once the drum is opened.
