Product Introduction:

HQ-2022 is a water-based liquid broad-spectrum biocidal preservative based on magnesium salt isothiazolinone and formaldehyde. It features low irritation and effectively controls common bacteria, fungi and algae in water systems. HQ-2022 can efficiently inhibit microbial contamination and proliferation even at low dosage. Moreover, it is foam-free and low-toxic for safer application. It is readily biodegradable without cumulative environmental pollution, making it a high-efficiency and eco-friendly biocidal preservative.

Application Fields:

Water-based latex paint, acrylic resin coatings, water-based cutting fluids, anti-rust cooling liquids, water-based white glue, emulsion adhesives, circulating cooling water, industrial wastewater treatment systems, etc.

Usage & Dosage:

The recommended addition dosage of preservative is 0.2–0.5%, which varies with emulsion types and product preservation requirements. Check the pH value of the system before use, and avoid residual reducing substances and nucleophilic substances.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 KG / 1000 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date when stored in unopened original containers at a temperature between 5℃ and 40℃.
