Product Overview:
FoamStar ST2410AC is a novel mineral oil-based compound synthesized with FoamStar defoaming substance featuring a special molecular structure and specialty mineral oil. It is suitable for various high-gloss pure acrylic, styrene-acrylic and vinyl acetate-acrylic coatings. It represents an innovative defoamer chemical structure developed in over 30 years. As an unprecedented defoamer molecule, FoamStar differs from conventional defoamers (such as mineral oil or silicone-based types) by combining defoaming and wetting functions in one product.

Application Fields & Dosage Guide:
For waterborne coatings and water-based inks. The recommended addition level of FoamStar ST2410AC is 0.03 ~ 0.2% based on the total weight of finished paint. Add half the total amount during pigment grinding and the remaining half in the letdown stage. For matte coatings, the typical dosage is 0.03 ~ 0.1%; for glossy coatings, 0.1 ~ 0.2%.
