High-Viscosity Defoamer HQ-8154

Product Introduction:

HQ-8154 is a defoamer specially designed for high-build coatings with outstanding long-lasting defoaming performance. It delivers excellent performance in water-based coating systems to efficiently suppress and eliminate foam, and is particularly suitable for medium and high viscosity latex paints.

Application Fields:

Architectural coatings, water-based high-build coating systems, roller application of high viscosity latex paints, industrial protective coatings, special functional coatings, etc.

Usage & Dosage:

The dosage accounts for 0.1–1.0% of total formula weight. It is recommended to add half during grinding stage and the other half during paint mixing stage; the exact dosage can be adjusted according to actual production conditions. Prevent freezing; fully stir or shake well before use.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 25 KG / 80 KG plastic drums. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date when stored in unopened original containers at 5℃–40℃.
