Product Introduction:

HQ-8603 is a solid defoamer with high efficiency for powder materials, applicable to horizontal or vertical systems and various carrier systems. It possesses excellent wetting and dispersing properties. Especially in self-leveling systems, it can be well wetted by water and uniformly dispersed in the system without causing surface defects such as oil spots and color difference.

Application Fields:

Dry-mix mortar, putty powder, tile adhesive, cement-based grout, dry powder coatings, powder coatings, pigment powder concentrates, powdery daily chemical products such as laundry powder and dishwashing powder, processing of inorganic powders including gypsum powder and talcum powder, etc.

Usage & Dosage:

The dosage ranges from 0.1% to 1.0% of the total formula weight, subject to customers’ specific formulation design.

In self-leveling systems, it can be fully wetted by water and evenly dispersed without causing surface defects such as oil spots and color difference;

Delivers outstanding performance in grouts, interior & exterior wall putties, gypsum boards, self-leveling mortars and other systems.

 

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

Packed in 20 KG laminated paper bags. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date when stored in unopened original packages at 5℃–40℃.
